Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile games and applications published by Apollo Immersive Studios, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), including Arrow Links (each, an "App"). By downloading or using an App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Apps.

01License to use the Apps

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use our Apps for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded the App from. We retain all rights not expressly granted.

02Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized software, bots, or modifications that affect gameplay or other players.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where the law expressly permits it.
• Disrupt or interfere with the Apps, our servers, or other players' use of the Apps.
• Use the Apps for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

03Virtual items & purchases

Our Apps may offer optional in-app purchases and virtual items, such as in-game currency or content ("Virtual Items"). Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money or transferred outside the App, and are licensed to you, not sold, for use within the App.

All purchases are processed by the app store you used (for example, the Google Play Store) and are subject to that store's terms and refund policies. Except where required by law, purchases are final. We may change, suspend, or discontinue Virtual Items or features at any time.

Subscriptions

Some Apps may offer an optional auto-renewing subscription. If you purchase one, your subscription automatically renews for the same period at the then-current price, and your payment method is charged through the app store, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time through your app store account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Managing and cancelling subscriptions is handled by the app store, and the store's terms and any renewal or refund rules also apply.

Randomized virtual items

Some Virtual Items, such as chests, may contain randomized rewards. Where an App offers items with randomized contents, the App discloses the relative probabilities (odds) of the possible rewards at or before the point of purchase, consistent with app-store requirements. Randomized items are entertainment features within the App and are not gambling; rewards have no real-world monetary value.

04Advertising

Our Apps may display advertising. Where an App offers an option to remove ads, that option applies to that App as described at the point of purchase. Advertising is provided by third-party partners as described in our Privacy Policy.

05Intellectual property

The Apps, including their code, art, audio, characters, names, and design, are owned by Apollo Immersive Studios, LLC or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from them except as expressly permitted.

06Updates & availability

We may update, modify, or discontinue the Apps or any feature at any time. We do not guarantee that the Apps will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

07Disclaimers

The Apps are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Apps will meet your requirements or be error-free.

08Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apollo Immersive Studios, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Apps. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

09Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Apps if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Apps at any time by uninstalling them.

10Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where applicable consumer-protection laws require otherwise.

11Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Apps after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
