Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 24, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Apollo Immersive Studios, LLC ("Apollo Immersive Studios," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile games and applications, including Arrow Links, Tic Tac Paw, Pawmazeing, and our other titles (each, an "App," and together, the "Apps"). It also explains the choices you have about your information.

By downloading or using our Apps, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Apps.

01Information we collect

We aim to collect only what we need to run, support, and secure our Apps. The information involved falls into a few categories:

Information collected automatically

When you use an App, certain information is collected automatically by us and by the third-party services we use:

  • Device & technical information, such as device model, operating system version, language, and region, used to run the App and diagnose problems.
  • Advertising identifier & approximate location, such as the Android Advertising ID, used by our advertising partner to deliver and measure ads (see Advertising). Our advertising partner also collects your device's IP address, which may be used to estimate your general (approximate) location for ad delivery and measurement. We do not collect precise (GPS) location.
  • Game & progress data, such as levels completed, scores, stars, trophies, in-game currency and item balances, unlocked characters and cosmetic items, streaks, and settings, which we store on your device and in our cloud-save service so your progress is preserved.
  • Gameplay & usage events, such as when you start or finish a level, open a reward, watch a rewarded ad, or make a purchase, used to understand how the Apps are played and to improve them (see Game services, sign-in & analytics).
  • Diagnostic data, such as crash logs and error reports that help us find and fix problems.
  • Install source, such as which store listing, link, or advertising campaign brought you to an App. Where an App reads it, we read only the source and campaign names from Google Play when the App first opens, never the full link.
  • Ad revenue, the amount each ad shown in an App earned, as reported by our advertising partner, used to understand which campaigns and features pay for the App.

Information you provide

  • Display name, if an App lets you choose one (for example, Arrow Links, Tic Tac Paw, or Pawmazeing). Your display name is shown publicly on leaderboards and, in Arrow Links, with any rounds you share (see Display names, leaderboards & shared rounds).
  • Recorded rounds (Arrow Links), if round sharing is on, the shots from rounds you play, such as where each arrow landed, your strokes, the wind on each hole, and the bow and arrow you used, so other players can play against your round.
  • Player reports, if you report another player's display name or a shared round.
  • Survey answers, if an App asks you a short optional question (for example, why you are leaving) and you answer it.
  • Support communications, if you contact us (for example, by email), we receive your message, your email address, and anything else you choose to include.
  • Account information, if you sign in (for example, with Google Play Games), we receive a player identifier and basic profile information needed to sign you in and save your progress. We do not receive your account password.

Our Apps do not require you to provide your real name, mailing address, or phone number to play. We do not collect government identifiers, financial account numbers, or precise (GPS) location, and our Apps do not access your camera, microphone, contacts, or photos.

02How we use information

We use the information described above to:

  • Operate, maintain, and provide the features of our Apps, including saving your progress and, where you sign in, syncing and restoring it across devices.
  • Run game features such as leaderboards, leagues, achievements, daily puzzles, events, and rewards, and, in Arrow Links, let players play against rounds shared by other players.
  • Check display names against our naming rules and act on player reports.
  • Diagnose, debug, and fix crashes and technical problems.
  • Understand how the Apps are played so we can improve levels, difficulty, and features.
  • Display and measure advertising, including limiting how often you see ads.
  • Measure how well our own advertising campaigns work, for example how many people who install an App go on to play it, and which campaigns bring players who keep playing.
  • Process and validate in-app purchases and subscriptions.
  • Respond to your support requests and communicate with you about the Apps.
  • Protect against fraud, cheating, abuse, and security risks, and comply with legal obligations.

03Advertising

Our Apps may display advertising to support their development, including rewarded ads (which you choose to watch in exchange for an in-game reward) and interstitial ads (full-screen ads shown between matches or rounds). To do this, we work with third-party advertising partners, primarily Google AdMob, that may collect and process certain information, such as your advertising identifier, device and technical information, and ad-interaction data, in order to serve and measure ads (including, where permitted, personalized ads).

Advertising partners act as independent controllers of the data they collect through their advertising technology. Their handling of that data is governed by their own privacy policies. You can learn more about Google's advertising practices and your choices at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

Where required in your region (for example, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland), we ask for your consent before serving personalized ads, using Google's consent tool. You can review or change your choice at any time from the privacy options in the App's Settings. If you do not consent, you may still see non-personalized ads.

If you purchase an option to remove ads where offered, we will stop showing you interstitial advertising in that App; optional rewarded ads remain available for you to choose to watch.

04Game services, sign-in & analytics

We use the following services to operate our Apps:

Google Play Games Services

Provided by Google. Used for sign-in, which signs you in with your Google Play Games profile so your progress can be linked to you and restored on another device, and for achievements. Visibility of your Play Games profile and achievements to others follows your Google Play Games settings. Google's handling of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

Unity Gaming Services

Provided by Unity Technologies. Used for:

  • Player authentication, which assigns your game an identifier so your progress can be saved and, if you sign in, linked to your account.
  • Cloud save, which stores your in-game progress, currency, and item balances so they are preserved and, where you sign in, available across your devices.
  • Leaderboards, which store your display name, scores, and rank (see Display names, leaderboards & shared rounds).
  • Recovery codes (Pawmazeing), a code linked to your player identifier that lets you restore your progress on another device without signing in. Anyone who has your code can restore your progress, so keep it private.
  • Remote configuration & server functions, which let us adjust events, prices, and rewards, check display names, store and match shared rounds, validate purchases, and process deletion requests.
  • Analytics & diagnostics, which collect gameplay events and crash and error reports.

These services process device information, an assigned player identifier, and your game, analytics, and diagnostic data on our behalf. Unity's handling of that data is also governed by its privacy policy, available at unity.com/legal.

Google Analytics for Firebase

Where an App uses it, Google Analytics for Firebase (provided by Google) helps us measure App usage and the performance of our advertising campaigns. It collects an app instance identifier, device information, and gameplay events such as level completion, achievements, ads shown and what they earned, and purchases, along with the install source and campaign described above. Where you have agreed to personalized ads, it also uses your device's advertising identifier to tell us which of our ads brought you to the App. Where we measure our own Google Ads campaigns, Google Analytics for Firebase shares conversion events (for example, finishing an early level) with Google Ads for that purpose. See how Google uses information from apps that use its services.

In Pawmazeing, after you allow analytics in the game, we use Google Analytics for Firebase and GameAnalytics to count how players progress, which links or ads brought them to Pawmazeing, and what ads earn; Firebase uses an app instance ID and, only where you have agreed to personalized ads, your device's advertising ID. Until you tap Allow on the game's data card, analytics collection stays off; tap No thanks and none is sent. You can change this at any time in the game's Settings.

Firebase Crashlytics

Where an App uses it, Firebase Crashlytics (provided by Google) sends us a report when the App crashes, with the device model, operating system version, App version, the state of the App at the time of the crash, and an installation identifier, so we can find and fix the problem.

GameAnalytics

Where an App uses it, GameAnalytics (provided by GameAnalytics ApS) helps us understand how the Apps are played so we can improve them, for example which levels players finish, how the in-game economy is balanced, and how many players return. It collects a randomly generated user identifier, device and technical information (such as device model, operating system, app version, and country derived from your IP address), session information, and gameplay events such as level starts and results, in-game currency earned and spent, rewarded ads watched, and purchases. Where your region requires consent, or if you turn analytics off in the App's Settings, these events are not sent. GameAnalytics' handling of that data is also governed by its privacy policy, available at gameanalytics.com/privacy.

05Display names, leaderboards & shared rounds

Some Apps, such as Arrow Links, Tic Tac Paw, and Pawmazeing, let you choose a display name. Your display name, scores, trophies, stars, and rank are visible to other players on leaderboards. Please do not use your real name or any personal information in your display name.

Display names must follow our naming rules. Names are checked automatically when you choose them, and other players can report a name. We may reset or require you to change a name that breaks the rules, and we may limit how often a name can be changed.

If you delete your account, your name on leaderboards is replaced with "Deleted player."

Shared rounds (Arrow Links)

In Arrow Links, rounds you play can be shared so that other players can play against them as a "Shadow" opponent. A shared round includes your shots (where each arrow landed, your strokes, and the wind on each hole), the bow and arrow you used, and your display name and avatar, which other players see during the match. When someone plays against one of your shared rounds, the result is reported back to your profile, for example as a win or loss.

To prevent cheating and abuse, we store a one-way scrambled identifier derived from your device with each shared round. It is kept on our servers only, is never shown to other players, and cannot be turned back into your device's identifier. Players can block or report a shared round, and we may remove rounds that break our rules.

Round sharing is on by default. You can turn it off at any time in the game's Settings with Share my rounds. Turning it off deletes the rounds you have shared and stops new ones from being shared. Deleting your account also deletes your shared rounds.

06Purchases

Our Apps may offer optional in-app purchases and subscriptions. Payments are processed by the app store you used to download the App (for example, the Google Play Store), and we never receive or store your full payment card details. To deliver your purchases reliably and to verify that a purchase is genuine before granting it, we receive and validate information such as a purchase token or receipt, the product purchased, and whether the transaction succeeded. Your purchase history with the app store is governed by that store's privacy policy.

Some items, such as chests, contain randomized rewards. Where an App offers them, the odds of receiving each type of reward are shown in the App before you open or buy them.

07Notifications

Our Apps may send notifications on your device, for example when a reward is ready or a daily bonus is waiting. These notifications are scheduled on your device and do not require us to collect your contact details. Where your device requires it, we ask your permission before sending them, and you can turn them off at any time in your device settings or, where offered, in the App's Settings.

08How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these circumstances:

  • Service providers & partners, with the advertising, game-services, sign-in, cloud-save, analytics, diagnostics, and purchase-validation providers described in this Policy, so they can perform their functions for our Apps.
  • Advertising measurement, where you have allowed analytics, conversion events with Google Ads, used only to measure our own advertising campaigns.
  • Other players, your display name, scores, and rank on public leaderboards and, in Arrow Links, the rounds you choose to share, shown with your display name and avatar.
  • App stores, with the store you downloaded the App from, for distribution, purchases, and related functions.
  • Legal & safety, when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, safety, or property of our players, the public, or us.
  • Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.

09Your choices & rights

  • Privacy options in the App, where offered, open the App's Settings to review or change your consent for personalized ads.
  • Advertising ID & personalization, on Android, you can reset or delete your Advertising ID and opt out of ad personalization in your device's privacy or Google settings (the exact path varies by device). Doing so limits personalized advertising.
  • Sign-in, you can sign out of Google Play Games in the App's Settings where offered, or in the Google Play Games app.
  • Shared rounds, in Arrow Links, you can turn off Share my rounds in the game's Settings at any time. This deletes the rounds you have shared and stops sharing new ones.
  • Analytics, you can ask us to stop analytics collection for your player account by contacting us, or use the App's Settings where that option is offered. In Pawmazeing, analytics is off until you allow it on the game's data card, and you can turn it off again in Settings.
  • Notifications & device permissions, you can manage notifications and app permissions in your device settings at any time.
  • Access & deletion, you may request access to or deletion of information associated with you, as described in Data & account deletion.
  • Regional rights, depending on where you live (for example, the EEA, UK, or certain U.S. states), you may have additional rights, such as the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, and the right to lodge a complaint with a regulator. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

10Data & account deletion

You can request deletion of the data associated with you and, where applicable, any account, at any time. In Arrow Links and Tic Tac Paw, you can do this directly in the game from Settings by choosing Delete account. In Pawmazeing, open Settings, then Account, and choose Delete account. In Arrow Links, this also deletes any rounds you have shared. For all Apps, see our Account & Data Deletion page, or email us at apolloadmin@apolloimmersive.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." We will process verified requests within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law.

Data held by Google (such as your Google Play Games profile and achievements) and by advertising partners is managed through your Google account and those partners' own tools.

11Children's privacy

Our Apps are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

12Data security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Apps, fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When you delete your account, or when information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize the data we hold, except where we must keep it by law. Data held by our third-party providers is retained according to their own retention practices.

14International users

We are based in the United States, and the information we collect may be processed in the United States and other countries that may have data-protection laws different from those in your country. Where required, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international transfers.

15Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Apps after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
