Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile games and applications published by Apollo Immersive Studios, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), including Arrow Links, Tic Tac Paw, and Pawmazeing (each, an "App"). By downloading or using an App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Apps.

01License to use the Apps

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use our Apps for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded the App from. We retain all rights not expressly granted.

02Accounts & progress

Some Apps sign you in with a third-party service such as Google Play Games and save your progress to the cloud. You are responsible for the account you use to sign in. If you play without signing in, or sign in with a different account, progress stored only on your device can be lost if you uninstall the App, clear its data, or change devices. We are not able to restore progress we never received.

Where an App gives you a recovery code (for example, Pawmazeing), keep it private. Anyone who has your code can restore your progress on their device, and we are not responsible for progress restored by someone you shared your code with.

03Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized software, bots, or modifications that affect gameplay, leaderboards, or other players.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where the law expressly permits it.
• Disrupt or interfere with the Apps, our servers, or other players' use of the Apps.
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate other players, us, or anyone else.
• Use the Apps for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

04Display names & leaderboards

Where an App lets you choose a display name, that name is visible to other players. Names must not be offensive, hateful, sexual, threatening, or misleading, must not impersonate anyone, and must not contain personal information, links, or advertising. We may reject, reset, or replace any name that breaks these rules, and repeated violations may lead to suspension.

We may remove scores that we reasonably believe were achieved by cheating or exploiting bugs, and we may reset leaderboards, leagues, and seasons.

05Virtual items & purchases

Our Apps may offer optional in-app purchases and virtual items, such as in-game currency, chests, characters, cosmetic items, or content ("Virtual Items"). Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money or transferred outside the App, and are licensed to you, not sold, for use within the App.

Some game modes use in-game currency as an entry fee and award in-game currency as a prize. These are game features played with Virtual Items only. Prizes can never be cashed out, sold, or exchanged for anything of real-world value.

All purchases are processed by the app store you used (for example, the Google Play Store) and are subject to that store's terms and refund policies. Except where required by law, purchases are final. We may change, suspend, or discontinue Virtual Items or features at any time.

Subscriptions

Some Apps may offer an optional auto-renewing subscription. If you purchase one, your subscription automatically renews for the same period at the then-current price, and your payment method is charged through the app store, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time through your app store account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Managing and cancelling subscriptions is handled by the app store, and the store's terms and any renewal or refund rules also apply.

Randomized virtual items

Some Virtual Items, such as chests, may contain randomized rewards. Where an App offers items with randomized contents, the App discloses the odds of the possible rewards at or before the point of purchase or opening, consistent with app-store requirements. Randomized items are entertainment features within the App; rewards have no real-world monetary value.

06Advertising

Our Apps may display advertising. Rewarded ads are optional and offered in exchange for an in-game reward. Where an App offers an option to remove ads, that option applies to that App as described at the point of purchase. Advertising is provided by third-party partners as described in our Privacy Policy.

07Intellectual property

The Apps, including their code, art, audio, characters, names, and design, are owned by Apollo Immersive Studios, LLC or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Music and other licensed content in the Apps is used under license from its owners and is credited in the App where required. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the Apps except as expressly permitted.

08Updates & availability

We may update, modify, or discontinue the Apps or any feature at any time. Some features need an internet connection and may be unavailable in some countries or regions. We do not guarantee that the Apps will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

09Disclaimers

The Apps are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Apps will meet your requirements or be error-free.

10Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apollo Immersive Studios, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Apps. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Apps, or to features such as leaderboards, if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Apps at any time by uninstalling them, and you can delete your data as described on our Account & Data Deletion page.

12Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where applicable consumer-protection laws require otherwise.

13Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Apps after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
