Last updated: July 2, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Apollo Immersive Studios, LLC ("Apollo Immersive Studios," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile games and applications, including Arrow Links and our other titles (each, an "App," and together, the "Apps"). It also explains the choices you have about your information.
By downloading or using our Apps, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Apps.
Contents
01Information we collect
We aim to collect only what we need to run, support, and secure our Apps. The information involved falls into a few categories:
Information collected automatically
When you use an App, certain information is collected automatically by us and by the third-party services we use:
- Device & technical information, such as device model, operating system version, language, and region, used to run the App and diagnose problems.
- Advertising identifier, such as the Android Advertising ID, used by our advertising partner to deliver and measure ads (see Advertising). We derive your general region from your device's language and locale settings on your device; we do not collect your IP-based or GPS location.
- Game & progress data, such as your in-game progress, currency and item balances, and settings, which we store on your device and, where you use optional cloud save, in our cloud-save service so your progress is preserved.
- Diagnostic data, such as crash logs and error reports that help us find and fix problems.
Information you provide
- Support communications, if you contact us (for example, by email), we receive your message, your email address, and anything else you choose to include.
- Account information, if an App offers an optional sign-in (for example, through Google), we receive basic account identifiers needed to sign you in and save your progress. We do not receive your account password.
Our Apps do not require you to provide your real name, mailing address, or phone number to play. We do not collect government identifiers, financial account numbers, precise location, or your IP-based location.
02How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- Operate, maintain, and provide the features of our Apps, including saving your progress and, where you sign in, syncing it across your devices.
- Diagnose, debug, and fix crashes and technical problems.
- Display and measure advertising, including limiting how often you see the same ad.
- Process and validate in-app purchases and subscriptions.
- Respond to your support requests and communicate with you about the Apps.
- Protect against fraud, abuse, and security risks, and comply with legal obligations.
03Advertising
Our Apps may display advertising to support their development, including interstitial and rewarded ads. To do this, we work with third-party advertising partners, primarily Google AdMob, that may collect and process certain information, such as your advertising identifier, device and technical information, and ad-interaction data, in order to serve and measure ads (including, where permitted, personalized ads).
Advertising partners act as independent controllers of the data they collect through their advertising technology. Their handling of that data is governed by their own privacy policies. You can learn more about Google's advertising practices and your choices at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
Where required in your region, we will ask for your consent before serving personalized ads. You also have control over ad personalization (see Your choices & rights). If you purchase an option to remove ads where offered, we will stop showing you interstitial advertising in that App; certain optional rewarded ads may remain available for you to choose to watch.
04Game services & diagnostics
We use Unity Gaming Services (provided by Unity Technologies) to operate certain features of our Apps:
- Player authentication, which assigns your game session an identifier so your progress can be saved and, if you choose to sign in, linked to your account.
- Cloud save, which stores your in-game progress, currency, and item balances so they are preserved and, where you sign in, available across your devices.
- Diagnostics, which collects crash and error reports to help us find and fix problems.
These services process device information, an assigned player identifier, and your game and diagnostic data on our behalf to provide these features. Their handling of that data is also governed by Unity's privacy policy, available at unity.com/legal.
05Purchases
Our Apps may offer optional in-app purchases and subscriptions. Payments are processed by the app store you used to download the App (for example, the Google Play Store), and we never receive or store your full payment card details. To deliver your purchases reliably and to verify that a purchase is genuine before granting it, we receive and validate information such as a purchase receipt, the product purchased, and whether the transaction succeeded. Your purchase history with the app store is governed by that store's privacy policy.
06How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these circumstances:
- Service providers & partners, with the advertising, game-services, cloud-save, diagnostics, and purchase-validation providers described in this Policy, so they can perform their functions for our Apps.
- App stores, with the store you downloaded the App from, for distribution, purchases, and related functions.
- Legal & safety, when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, safety, or property of our players, the public, or us.
- Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.
07Your choices & rights
- Advertising ID & personalization, on Android, you can reset or delete your Advertising ID and opt out of ad personalization in Settings → Privacy → Ads (the exact path varies by device). Doing so limits personalized advertising.
- Device permissions, you can manage app permissions in your device settings at any time.
- Access & deletion, you may request access to or deletion of information associated with you, as described in Data & account deletion.
- Regional rights, depending on where you live (for example, the EEA, UK, or certain U.S. states), you may have additional rights, such as the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, and the right to lodge a complaint with a regulator. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
08Data & account deletion
You can request deletion of the data associated with you and, where applicable, any optional account, at any time. For full instructions, see our Account & Data Deletion page, or email us at apolloadmin@apolloimmersive.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." We will process verified requests within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law.
09Children's privacy
Our Apps are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
10Data security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Apps, fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take steps to delete or anonymize it. Data held by our third-party providers is retained according to their own retention practices.
12International users
We are based in the United States, and the information we collect may be processed in the United States and other countries that may have data-protection laws different from those in your country. Where required, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international transfers.
13Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Apps after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
